Welcome to Coronado Beach Picnic
Enjoy the beautiful beach of Coronado, CA. to the fullest as we provide an elegant and relaxing picnic experience for you and your guests. We will take care of everything… boho style low picnic tables, large cushions for sitting, elegant decor, chef inspired charcuterie and sparkling water. We are full service, from set up to clean up, so you don’t have to lift a finger and can walk away into the sunset!
Food & Drink
Everyone will receive their own individually packaged meal. These will contain an assortment of the freshest cheese, deli meat, fruit, crackers, vegetables, nuts, olives or dried fruit. All boxes will weigh approximately 1 lb. Everyone will also receive sparkling water.

What if we need to postpose due to bad weather?
If the weather takes a turn for the worst and we need to postpone, you will have 3 months to pick another date.
What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your event, you will need to let us know 72-hours ahead of the event to receive a full refund.
If you need to cancel within the 72-hour window leading up to the event, we can refund you 50% of your full refund.
Where in Coronado will the event be held?
We will email you the exact location when you book your event in the confirmation email.
What happens if we accidentally damage your equipment?
If there is damage to our equipment, the contact for the picnic will be notified and the credit card on file will be charged. In addition, we will not be responsible for damage or theft to guests’ belongings.
How far in advance should we make a reservation?
We require a 72-hour notice to get your picnic prepared. Please call us if you would like to book a picnic within the 72-hour required notification window.
Location
Coronado, CA. is a peninsula located in San Diego county. It’s 7 miles from San Diego International Airport and is 2 miles from downtown San Diego. You can get there by taking the ferry or by the San Diego-Coronado Bridge. Coronado is known for it’s gorgeous beaches, beautiful year round flowers, white picket fence houses and amazing year round weather.
About us…
There’s no doubt that necessity is the mother of invention. Coronado Beach Picnic started because of coronavirus lockdown. After months of staying at home, we started becoming stir crazy as it seemed like everything in CA. was closed. We wanted to be social but were also trying to be safe & careful. We eventually started gathering on the beach with friends & family, cooking dinners & s’mores over a fire pit. That social outlet became our saving grace and here we are!
